Adults aged 18-65 experiencing difficulties with alcohol

Participants will be asked to attend six study visits where you will complete a series of assessments. These will include computer-based tasks, questionnaires, and neuroimaging. You will also be asked to provide blood and urine samples.

At the second visit, you will be given an active OR a placebo nasal spray, which you will be asked to take twice a day for 12 weeks.
